Whey Protein
Also called protein powder
What Huberman said
Huberman lists 40 g of whey protein after workouts in his Foundational Fitness Protocol and says the quality of protein sourcing is extremely important. He says whey is relatively high in leucine and a better protein choice than bone broth or collagen. He says not to be afraid of whey because of acne, but to take it out if acne is a problem.
