Maca Root
What Huberman said
Huberman says maca root can in many instances increase libido, in women and men, via dopamine-related pathways, and that studies of two to three grams a day over eight to 12 weeks increased reported sexual desire without changing testosterone or estrogen. He calls reports of it raising testosterone scant and weak, and says that for menopause symptoms it had minor effects.
